Data collected and purposes

• Orders and bookings: name, address, email, telephone number — performance of the contract, invoicing (legal obligation).
• Customer account: login details and history — performance of the contract.
• Contact form: name, email address, message — to respond to your enquiry.
• Newsletter: email address — with your consent (double opt-in), which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention periods

Invoices: 10 years. Customer account: until deleted or after 3 years of inactivity. Messages: 1 year. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Hostinger (hosting), Stripe and PayPal (payment), couriers (delivery), YouTube (playback of course videos). Your data is never sold.

Website analytics

We measure website traffic without using cookies: the IP address is truncated (the last octet is removed) before any recording takes place, no identifiers are retained from one day to the next, and the data is neither cross-referenced nor passed on to third parties. It is used solely for anonymous statistics and is deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends a ‘Do Not Track’ or ‘Global Privacy Control’ signal, your visit is not counted.

 Your approximate location (town, country) is determined on our own servers using an offline database; your address is not passed on to any external service.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and transfer your data. Please write to contact@callicra.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
